Shipping policy

Dwellbright is a trading name of Vistaar Ltd. Our initial store launch serves eligible United Kingdom delivery addresses only.

Delivery availability

An address is accepted only when Shopify confirms an available delivery service at checkout. Some postcodes or destinations, including certain islands, remote areas and non-mainland locations, may be unavailable or may require a different service. We will not accept an order where no suitable tracked service is available.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Products are fulfilled from United Kingdom warehouse stock by our approved supplier partners. The dispatch estimate shown on a product page applies to that product and is not a guaranteed arrival date. The final delivery service, cost and current estimate are shown at checkout where available.

If an item has a stated supplier dispatch period, that period begins after the order is accepted and payment is authorised. Orders containing different products may arrive separately.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If we cannot meet the agreed timing, we will contact you and explain the options available under UK consumer law.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent when the supplier or carrier makes it available. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check the delivery address before placing the order. Contact us immediately at hello@dwellbright.co.uk if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

If a parcel appears lost, damaged or materially delayed, contact us rather than the supplier. We remain responsible for resolving the order with you.

Import charges

Our initial launch is limited to eligible UK delivery addresses and uses UK warehouse stock. We do not intend to offer international delivery at launch. If that changes, any duties, taxes and import arrangements will be disclosed before international orders are accepted.
