These terms apply to purchases made from the Dwellbright online store. Dwellbright is a trading name of Vistaar Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16097083. Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images may look different on different screens, and packaging or minor product details may change where the essential characteristics are unaffected. Dimensions, compatibility, sizing, intended use and safety information shown on the product page should be checked before ordering.

Product claims are limited to information we have verified from the supplier or manufacturer. General wellbeing products are not sold as medical devices unless expressly stated and legally supported.

Prices

Consumer prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before the order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the wording of the confirmation we send.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, the product is unavailable, the delivery address is not supported, payment is not authorised, fraud checks fail, or there is an obvious error. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers selected in the store. We do not receive full payment-card details.

Fulfilment and delivery

Approved supplier partners may store, pack and dispatch goods on our behalf from UK warehouses. Your contract remains with Vistaar Ltd. Please contact Dwellbright, not the supplier, about an order. Delivery details are set out in our Shipping policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns, cancellations and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Acceptable use of the website

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot be limited under consumer law.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Personal information

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Shopify and necessary service providers process information to operate the store, take payment, prevent fraud, fulfil orders and provide customer support.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
